Conway Communications is a Hertfordshire based company founded in 2001. We supply mobile phones, accessories, car kits and fixed landline solutions to the business community nationwide.
We were founded at a time when the retail market was booming and mobile phone shops were well placed to deal with the requirements of the domestic user but of less help to the business customer who had to plan ahead and needed specialist advice on the changing technology and tariffs available. The gap between the service needed by the business customer and what the networks provided was widening. Too often the customer ended up with what the shop wanted to sell them or bound to a tariff/contract that suited the network rather than the customer. We sought to bridge that gap and offer a service that ensured the business community was offered the best value for money and was continually advised of any positive changes.
After securing the best deal for the customer on whatever network they choose, we continually monitor it to avoid drifting off course. An example of this is a company installing car kits for their mobile phones only to find the kits redundant when they avail of newer phones. With a bit of forward planning and the right advice, this need not happen.
